The 2CV Eight Ball rally stop off at Lower Treave Caravan Park as part of their figure of eight tour of Britain.
"In April 2008 a band of hardened 2CVs head north from Leicestershire in search of John O'Groats. Camping overnight to regain strength for the next day's challenges, it will take four days to reach the north-easternmost point of mainland Britain, crossing three National Parks on the way. In the following twelve days this intrepid band of travelers will complete a giant figure of eight circuit of Great Britain, taking in 14 National Parks and a total of nearly 3,000 miles."
